Midlands EMS Howick and PMB advanced life support ambulances were dispatched to Gezebuso area for a shooting incident.
Upon arrival, it was found 3 people sustained fatal injuries and were declared deceased on scene whilst one other 1 was in a critical condition and required urgent Advanced life support intervention being placed on a manual ventilator.
The patient was transported in a critical condition to a nearby hospital for further care.
It is alleged that an argument had begun between the people before the shooting had taken place.
The exact cause of the accident is under investigation by local authorities.
