In a coordinated intelligence-led operation, the Durban Metro Police Service Drug Team, supported by multiple units, swooped on a known hideout in Cato Manor linked to suspects wanted for business robbery.
Five suspects were apprehended on-site, found in possession of the following illegal items:
2 unlicensed firearms and ammunition
12 live shotgun rounds (12-gauge)
35 rounds of 9mm ammunition
Multiple cellphones and laptops suspected to be stolen property
iPhone recovered under Section 36
All suspects were detained at Cato Manor SAPS.
