An operation between Gauteng Traffic Wardens STT (NC), Tshenolo P.I, TMPD, and Interactive Security led to the tracing and apprehension of a suspect connected to a vehicle sought in an ongoing investigation.
The m team received a tip-off about the vehicle, which was spotted driving into We Buy Cars Silverlakes. Intelligence suggested that the suspects were posing as potential buyers while attempting to sell a vehicle used in the commission of a crime.
Officers recieved footage which captured a suspect exiting the vehicle accompanied by two other individuals. A follow-up search within the warehouse led to the identification and apprehension of the driver and one male suspect.
The suspect was arrested for possession of a vehicle used in the commission of a crime.
