The police in Namakgale outside Phalaborwa have launched a search operation for a missing 63-year-old man, Elijah Enock Mkhwanazi.
Mkhwanazi, a resident of Namakgale Zone B was reportedly last seen on 04 February 2025 traveling to Pretoria to attend to documentation matters. He is known to be a mental health patient.
At the time of his disappearance, Mkhwanazi was wearing a red and white T-shirt along with cream-white trousers. Despite extensive efforts to locate him, including reaching out to relatives and friends, he remains missing.
Police urge anyone with information that may assist in locating Elijah Enock Mkhwanazi to contact Sergeant Maria Maleto at 082 469 1240, Crime Stop at 08600 10111 or share information on the MySAPS App.
