Residents of Waterloo – KZN found the male walking around aimlessly on Sibanisezwe Road. Reaction Officers attempted interviewing the man, but he can only provide his name. He has a blue backpack containing clothing and a damaged cellphone. He appears in o be suffering from Mental Health issues.
