A 30-year-old man was kidnapped from his home in Buffelsdraai – KZN by three armed suspects.
A resident contacted Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) for assistance at approximately 06:54. The caller informed the Controller On Duty that they witnessed three men forcing their neighbour into his silver Toyota Corolla
Professional with registration BF97MV-ZN.
A shot was fired by one of the suspects during the altercation.
Reaction Officers were immediately dispatched and on arrival, noticed that the security gate was forced open. Blood was also found on the floor.
Officers received an update that the victim made his way to the Verulam SAPS after he was dumped on the roadside by the suspects.
