KZN VIP Control Centre received a call from the client in the Trenancemanor area reporting a suspect attempting to gain access to a neighboring property by tampering with the gate.
KZN VIP Response Officers were immediately dispatched to investigate the matter.
Upon arrival, KZN VIP Response Officers made contact with the client who provided a full description of the indian male suspect.
The suspect had attempted to force entry by derailing the front driveway gate. Upon being noticed by the client the suspect then fled the scene.
KZN VIP Response Officers were provided with a description of the suspect and began an immediate search. The suspect was located at the corner of Rusticmanor and Guestmanor Roads and was swiftly apprehended.
The suspect was handed over to SAPS for further processing and is currently in custody.
