Multiple suspects arrested during roadblocks and patrols in Olievenhoutbosch and Erasmia

Provincial Commissioner of the Police in Gauteng, Lieutenant General Tommy Mthombeni, led by example at a roadblock and patrols in Olievenhoutbosch and Erasmia.

More than twenty-five suspects were arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol while more than sixty other suspects were arrested for crime ranging from possession of drugs to illegal immigrants.

The operation is aimed at stamping the authority of the state and assisting the local police station with the reduction of crime.
