Emergency services were at an accident scene on the corner of Langenhovenweg and Voortrekkerweg moments ago.
According to information obtained at the scene, the driver of the Mercedes suddenly hit the brakes for a vehicle that is believed to have almost driven in front of him.
The Ford Figo then allegedly drove in the back of the Mercedes.
No one was injured in the crash.
