KZNVIP Medics Attended the scene and sadly found a 55 Year Male laying with stab wounds on the roadway. The victim was unresponsive and showed no signs of life and was declared deceased by KZNVIP Medics.
It’s believed that the victim was on the way to his pick up point for work when he was accosted by 2 African male suspects. The suspects repeatedly stabbed the victim before Fleeing with an undisclosed amount of valuables.
Community members were angered by the incident also highlighting the increase of drug users robbing Community members daily as they wait for their transport.
All emergency services were in attendance and we extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family during this time.
