A silver VW Golf 6 TSI belonging to a missing male was recovered by Reaction Officers in Earlsfield – KZN this afternoon (Monday).
49 year old Accountant, Andrew Boodram was reported missing by his family on Thursday (28/11/2024). On the day of his disappearance, he left his residence on Upperhill Place in Newlands West – KZN. He was expected to uplift his father from his home in Palmcastle Road in Castle Hill – KZN. Boodram did not reach his destination.
His information and vehicle details were circulated on the Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) WhatsApp Crime Group. Reaction Officers received a tip off at approximately 18:32 this afternoon (Monday) that a vehicle matching the description in the circulation was abandoned on a ground on Markdene Place. RUSA Members immediately mobilised and recovered the car. The doors were locked.
Boodram has not been located and the search for him is ongoing.
