As the festive season is upon us, we urge media houses wanting to film along the Bakwena route to follow the below protocols:
– Bakwena to be requested for permission prior to media accessing any of Bakwena’s plaza’s ideally with 24 hours’ notice. The request should be channeled through the PR department (pressoffice@bakwena.co.za) who will inform the operations of the request and any special conditions which may be necessary.
– Details of media to be provided so plaza/site manager can be informed prior to them arriving
– Bakwena will provide media with the details of the relevant plaza/site manager
– Media to report to relevant plaza/site manager upon arrival & comply with general health & safety regulations
– Reflective jackets to be worn at ALL times while on site
– Media to stay far away from the plaza building, behind the extra wide lane barriers
– Media to refrain from entering lanes – if this protocol is not observed, you will be removed off the site
– Media to provide details of when the footage will be flighted if not live
