KZNVIP Officers responded to a panic activation in the Brookdale Area where an Indian male suspect was attempting to gain entry into a home and confronted the female home owner and Attempted to stab her.
The suspect noticed the responding KZNVIP Vehicle and fled towards Corkbrook where a short chase ensued and the suspect was swiftly apprehended and also found in possession of the knife.
SAPS were called in and the suspect was arrested and detained for the above crime.
No injuries were reported during the incident.
