The Fidelity Business Intelligence Centre(FBIC) received information on a vehicle involved in card-swopping incidents in the Noordheuwel and Rangeview areas.
Earlier today, the team gathered more information on the car and began a search with other security companies.
The car was followed from Weltevreden Park to Little Falls, where the teams managed to stop the car.
One suspect was arrested and handed over to SAPS.
