Empire Protection Services received numerous reports of gunshots being heared on Ranmoor Crescent. Members were immediately dispatched to investigate further and back the street patrolman up.
Upon arrival and investigation it was established that a dwelling had been shot at. After viewing CCTV footage, it was established that a (Black) BMW with an unknown registration, was used in the commission of the crime, as the (Black) BMW passed the dwelling suspect/s opened fire in the direction of the dwelling and sped off.
The motive behind the shooting is unclear and is being investigated by the South African Police Service with a CAS is registered at the Phoenix SAPS by NM07.
It was noted that no injuries were reported on scene.
