Seen in this image is a theft suspect arrested this afternoon by Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) in Brindhaven – KZN.
Reaction Officers arrested the perpetrator after he stole several lengths of copper pipes from homes in the area.
The repeat offender was released when no case number could be produced to hold him in custody.
