KZNVIP Have attended to more than 5 house break ins this past week in the Phoenix area and one of the areas of concerns noted was that these homes do not have early detection alarm systems monitored.
This has inturn allowed criminals to break in and gives them additional time to ransack the home in search of belongings.
Regardless of the service provider you engage this is a deterrent and a preventative measure to minimize loss and or damages whereby criminals wouldn’t have as much time to steal due to a response unit being dispatched to investigate an alarm situation.
*Community members are urged to keep their yards secured and free from overgrown vegetation and bushes
*Have sufficient lighting in the yard.
*Avoid Leaving Items of value in the yard as it attracts attention of criminals.
*Exterior Beams and Sensor lights also work as a preventative and early detection method.
