Public assistance is required to locate a 12-year-old Cebo Phiwayinkosi Shandu.
Shandu disappeared while playing with friends near his residence in Canelands – KZN yesterday afternoon (Monday). According to his mother, the boy previously went missing and was located at a friend’s house.
He was last seen dressed in a red and black striped t-shirt, grey shorts with cream flowers and black shoes.
