Three (3) individuals from two (2) vehicles were injured in a collision on Noodsberg Road in Wewe – KZN this afternoon (Sunday).
The Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) Tongaat Operations Centre received a call for assistance at approximately 13:51. Reaction Officers were dispatched and on arrival established that a white Toyota Etios and a white Toyota Hilux were involved in the collision. It was alleged that both vehicles were travelling in the same direction when the car collided into the rear of the bakkie. The bakkie thereafter crashed into a ditch.
The occupants of both vehicles sustained injuries and were transported to a medical facility by a private ambulance service.
