Gauteng Traffic Wardens together with members of the Gauteng Traffic Police from Kagiso Policing Precinct apprehended a member of the public in Rietvalei for soliciting bribery.
This following the suspect being found operating a vehicle with a Malawian drivers licence without a traffic register.
He was detained at Kagiso SAPS.
