Earlier this afternoon, while on regular patrols in the Northdale area, Mi7 Reaction Officers spotted a man outside a local shop. His behaviour appeared suspicious, as he was interacting with a number of teenagers.
Upon closer inspection, the man was spotted passing small parcels to the teenagers.
This immediately prompted the Reaction Officers to action. They approached the man and questioned him about the
contents of the parcels. He became anxious, and responded inconsistently.
He was subsequently found in possession of 16 parcels of ‘Rock’ cocaine, all in similar packaging of those given to the teens.
The man was apprehended and the matter handed over to the police for further investigation.
