ALS Paramedics responded to reports of a runner that had collapsed whilst exercising on Tara Road in the Bluff.
Paramedics arrived on scene to find the runner had collapsed on the side of the road whilst exercising.
Paramedics assessed the man believed to be in his sixties however he showed no signs of life and was declared deceased at the scene.
At this stage the events leading up to the incident are unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
