Paramedics attended to a 61-year-old male after a Mozambican Spitting Cobra spat into his eyes earlier today.
The man arrived at the Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) headquarters seeking medical assistance at approx 11:40. He informed Paramedics that he was cleaning out his car that was parked on his property on Hilltop Place – KZN unused for five years.
A snake resembling a Cobra spat into his eye and slithered off.
The man was transported to a local hospital.
