Three people have been injured in a serious accident on Chamberlain Road in Austerville just after 13h30 on Friday afternoon.
ALS Paramedics Medical Services arrived on the scene to find that two vehicles had collided in a T Bone format before the one vehicle had overturned coming to rest on its side against a parked vehicle. Three patients sustained serious injuries and were stabilized on the scene by Advanced Life Support Paramedics before being transported to a nearby Durban hospital for the further treatment that they required.
At this stage the events leading up to the accident are unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
