Cable thieves caught in action in Moreleta Park

Bull Security was on a routine patrol a guard on foot informed our reaction office that there is suspicious activity inside the veld across from Paul Street Moreleta Park.

The officer called in backup and immediately investigated.

The officers entered the veld and noted suspects busy cutting electrical cable, the suspects started running attempting to flee from our officers. The officers chased the suspect through the veld and managed to arrest one of the suspects with all the cutting equipment and cable.

SAPS Garsfontein and Metro Police arrived to give backup. With the help of SAPS and Metro Police K9 units that assisted with a drone, all suspects were arrested.

All suspects were handed over to Garsfontein Police.
