Five people have been injured in an accident injured two taxis on South Coast Road and Bluff Road just after 4pm on Saturday afternoon.
ALS Paramedics Medical Services arrived on the scene to find that two taxis had collided in the intersection and immediately more ambulances were dispatched to the scene. Five people with injuries ranging from minor to moderate were stabilized on the scene before being transported to a nearby Durban hospital for the further treatment that they required.
At this stage the events leading up to the accident are unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
