EASTERN CAPE – Maclear Detectives are seeking the community’s assistance in tracing and locating a 38-year-old woman who went missing on 18 October 2020.
It is alleged that on 18 October 2020 at about 17:00, Eva Ayetey 38, from Maclear informed her uncle, who is originally from Ghana, and who she is assisting at his shop that she is going to her place of residence as she is not feeling well.
The next day the uncle phoned her but could not get hold of her and decided to go check on her to see if she was feeling better but there was no trace of her.
The last time she was seen she was wearing a white dress with flowers and black shoes. She is dark in complexion and
approximately 1.5m tall.
Police are appealing to anyone who can assist in locating Eva Ayetey to urgently contact D /Cst Zanele Magawu at 082 4422 499 or SAPS Crime Stop 08600 10111 or their nearest police station.
