Police Minister and National Commissioner visit the scene of a clandestine drug laboratory

POLOKWANE – The Minister of Police, General Bheki Cele and the National Commissioner of the South African Police Service, General Khehla Sitole, accompanied by the Deputy National Commissioner, Lieutenant General Fanie Masemola, consecutively visited the crime scene of a major clandestine drug laboratory on a farm outside Marble Hall today, Thursday 18 June 2020.

The drug lab was uncovered on Tuesday night, 16 June 2020 by members of the Tekkie Squad attached to Dennilton and members from Marblehall police station. This after receiving information about suspicious movements on the outside Marble Hall town.

Both the Minister and the National Commissioner commended all the members who were involved in the bust for their dedication in the fight against crime.
