Bhekithemba SAPS is appealing for assistance from members of the community with regards to a missing person. Welile Nomcebo Mhlungu (21) of CC Section in Umlazi was last seen on 15 October 2018 going to work. She never returned home. She was wearing a blue overall and black boots when she was last seen.
