Tembisa police are looking for Phulela Lucy Mathonsi of number 1262 Hospital view. She went missing on 21 February 2018.
According to information from her husband, Warrant Officer Mathonsi, she disappeared from the house at about 14:00 on Wednesday. She went out and never came back.
