EMER-G-MED’s M04 and V02 are on the scene of a car that rolled on the R21 North past Olifantsfontein, in Tembisa.
The events leading up to the rollover are unclear, but on arrival paramedics found the driver trapped in the vehicle – fortunately only sustaining minor injuries.
The fire department was called out to cut the patient from the vehicle, using the jaws of life.
Once freed the patient was transported to a nearby hospital for further management.
