Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a pedestrian accident on Garsfontein Road in Mooikloof this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene they found a woman had been injured after she was knocked over by motor vehicle. The woman was treated on scene before she was transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
