Driving whilst not being sober is referred to internationally as Driving While Intoxicated, Impaired Driving, Driving under the Influence or as we in South Africa say - simply as Drunk Driving!
There is not much dispute as to the factors leading up to this physical state - it is purely the act of drinking and drinking far beyond what is the reasonable norm. Drinking is not socially unacceptable – what is socially unacceptable is having too many drinks and then operating a vehicle or walking on a road and placing the lives of other road users in danger!
Is there a miracle cure? No – there is no miracle cure to enable someone who is intoxicated to go on the road. There might be miracle cures to help a drunk person to feel better faster – but only time will enable such a person to sober up and to regain the ability to safely operate a vehicle!
The best ways to avoid DWI:
-Take a nap and stay over
- Have a designated driver take you home
-Call a taxi!!

Tragic, yet funny pictures. It is best that these people fell asleep rather than getting behind the wheel. Those pictures would not have been so funny…

A drunk driver, who was three times over the legal limit caused a serious car accident injuring one policeman and two ambulance workers, it was recently revealed.
The collision happened with the motorist lost control of his car and went straight into a police officer, who was attending the scene of an earlier crash. If that wasn’t enough mayhem, the driver forced two ambulance workers to jump over the barrier, to seek safety. All three injured parties were taken to hospital, whilst the driver was taken to a different hospital service.
As a result, the motorist was charged for drunk driving, leaving the scene of a crash, reckless driving and driving whilst suspended. Oh my!

This site is too funny. From the initial “6 Meter pole impales car, Dubbed SERIOUS ACCIDENT”. What did you expect? Minor prang?
Then this page with all the drunk youngsters? No wonder Arrive Alive is such a failure. YOu spend all day making jokes and none fixing road deaths.
Go play in drunk traffic Arrive Alive team and stop wasting everyones money
